Once you send us your details, wether that be by text, email or using our web enquiry form.

If possible please included;

• Postcode of the location of work
• Simply in your own words, what work you would like us to assit with.

The more information you include on the intial mesaage about the work you are after, the quicker we are able to get back to you. 

ARRANGING A SITE VISIT

Within 24 hours (usually withing 12hours) of recieving your enquiry, a member of the team will be intouch to arrange for us to pop round to quote. 

This on average takes around 20 - 30 mins where we will visit you on site to discuss the work your after. 

During our visit, it is likley we need to look in the meter cupbaord and take a look as your consumer unit (fuseboad) aswell as see the are you would like the work undertaking. 

RECIEVEING YOUR QUOTE

Once we have vistied you, we normally have all quote with you within 24 hours where evr possible, however if your job requires specialist material this may take longer while we wait for supplier respnsises. If this is the case, you will have been advised of this during the site visit. 

Once we have all the infomation together, we will send you a quote over which will detail all of the work to be undertaken and exactly what will be included in with the quoted price.

All quotes will be emailed over as standard. however if you would like a copy posting out to you also, please just let us know, as this is no issue at all.

If emailed over, our system allows you directly accept or decline the quote on the email at one simple click of a button. You can even reply directly to the email with any questions or qureies ref your quote,

COMPLETING YOUR JOB

Once you have accepted the quote online, We will get you booked in for the work to be completed. You will recieve an email containing your appointment date we have schduled you for. If this time and date doesn't work for you, Simply reply to the email letting us know when would suit you better and we will endvour to accomdate where ever we can.

Once your job has been completed, we will send out your invoice along with any certification paperwork within 48 hours of job completion. This would nromally just be emailed accross to you, howevere if you would also like a hard copy posting out to you please don't heistate to let us know and we will be happy to do this free of charge.
